Close Quarter Battle (CQB) Zone

Our purpose-built 10m x 5m CQB arena is designed for intense, fast-paced indoor airsoft action.

The zone features a series of interlinking rooms connected by multiple doorway styles, creating realistic room-clearing scenarios and dynamic engagement angles. This layout is perfect for:

  • Small skirmish battles

  • Tactical team drills

  • Room-clearing practice

  • Target-based training exercises

  • Competitive 2v2 formats

Whether you're running dry-fire communication drills or moving tactically through rooms eliminating staff-placed targets, the CQB zone delivers a challenging and immersive experience.

CQB Zone Hire:

Players can book our 10m x 5m Close Quarter Battle (CQB) Zone for their own private small games and team sessions.

Perfect for:

  • 2v2 or 3v3 skirmishes

  • Tactical drills

  • Team practice

  • Private group sessions

Prices:

1 hour hire with own kit and ammo - £15 pp/ph.

1 hour hire with weapon hire and 1000 rounds - £25 pp/ph.

 

Ages 12+

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+

 

Whats included in kit hire

Each player will receive:

  • M4 AEG rifle

  • 4 magazines

  • 1,000 BBs (additional BBs available to purchase on-site)

  • Full face protection

  • Body armour

Everything you need to step straight into the action.

Important Safety Information

  • Full face protection is mandatory for all players inside the CQB zone.

  • All players must read and agree to the CQB rules prior to booking.

  • Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from play.

CQB Rules:

 

  • Participants are required to wear a Full-Face Mask or approved safety glasses and half face mask AT ALL TIMES correctly whilst in the combat zone. It is recommended to wear something on your head, i.e helmet/baseball cap.

  • Participants hiring kit must adhere to the safety brief on how to use and operate the airsoft rifles. Anyone found breaking these rules will be asked to leave the venue, for the safety of other users.

  • No head/face shots are allowed due to close quarters.

  • No automatic firing allowed inside the CQB zone.

  • A maximum BB weight of 0.28g to be used in CQB zone.

  • No pryo is allowed to be used in the venue.

  • All weapon systems must be Chrono at 1.14J on any BB weight.

  • Do not jump or climb on the barricades these are for shielding purposes only. 

  • Do not lean or push against the structure walls.

  • Players will be warned for repeated unfair play. 

  • Verbal or physical abuse to other players or staff will not be tolerated. Anyone found to be doing so, will be removed and banned from the venue.

  • Players must not play or tamper with emergency equipment. Anyone caught doing so will be prosecuted according to the law.

  • Anyone caught stealing/damaging equipment or stock will be prosecuted according to the law. 

  •  I am aware and understand that participation involves intensive physical and mental exertion. 

  •  I am aware that participation in this activity involves running which may result in slips, trips or falls.

  •  I understand that redness and/or bruising can occur as a result of participating in Airsoft

  • Sensible footwear must be worn during the games.

  • It is recommended that players wear long sleave tops and trousers.
